Zeeg

This website uses Zeeg, a cloud-based appointment scheduling platform provided by Zeeg GmbH,Friedrichstr. 114A, 10117 Berlin, based in Germany (hereinafter “Zeeg”).

Zeeg allows users to book appointments online. In doing so, Zeeg processes personal data of the individualsmaking bookings (so-called “invitees”), in particular name, email address, date and time of the appointment, aswell as other information that may be requested via individual form fields (e.g. telephone numbers,addresses or health-related data – depending on the configuration by the appointment provider).

Zeeg also processes metadata such as IP addresses and the times of bookings, as well as data fromsynchronised calendars if these are integrated into the system. If payment processing is activated, paymentdata (e.g. via Stripe or PayPal) may also be processed.

The use of Zeeg is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest inefficient appointment management.
